But this journey wasn’t always clear for us. The story of how Mental Meeting was born is one of personal experience, shared vision, and a desire to create a tool that could truly change lives.

Brady's Journey: From Prison Counselling to Personal Development
@bradybuckhamBrady's story begins in one of the most challenging environments you can imagine—the Structured Interventions Unit (SIU) at Kent Institution. As a counsellor there, Brady witnessed firsthand how many people struggled with mental barriers, lack of clarity, and overwhelming uncertainty. He also saw the incredible power of structured self-reflection in helping people break through those barriers.
This experience became the foundation of what would later become Mental Meeting.
While working with inmates, Brady developed his own personal growth strategies and frameworks, including the 2-1-2-1 algorithm, which combined deep self-reflection with actionable progress reviews. He saw how these methods could create lasting transformation, and knew that others outside of the Prison System could benefit from them as well. That’s when he realized the need for a structured, research-based approach to personal development—something that could help individuals, entrepreneurs, and high performers break through their mental roadblocks and reach new levels of success.

Dylan's Path: Entrepreneurship Meets Personal Growth

Dylan has built several businesses and faced the inevitable ups and downs that come with entrepreneurship. Through it all, he realized that success wasn’t just about hard work—it was about having the right tools and strategies to maintain focus and drive. That’s when he and Brady crossed paths. After hearing about Brady's work in prison counselling and his innovative approach to personal development, Dylan immediately recognized the potential to turn Brady’s methods into something that could change the lives of high performers everywhere.
